i find this to be a very good portrait. the pose is reasonably natural. while there is an element of nudity, i don't see this as sexually provocative. i don't think the left hand seemingly about to lift up the skirt(shorts?) detracts from the previous statement. what i do find provocative is message i get from the model. "this is who I am, how i like to be." another thing i like is that while she is comfortable with herself she is waiting to see if the viewer can accept her for what she is.

the background is a little dark. you seem to lose some detail on the left side of her face.

all in all, i think it is a great intimate picture of a beautiful woman.
